Finance manager/Chief Accountant
JOB DEscriptION
1、Be responsible for implementing the basic management measures of the vertical management of the financial department of the corporation, and to establish and improve the company’s financial compliance system and standardization process;
2、Providing all-round support for accounting treatment, capital and asset management, tax declaration, budget implementation, and internal control system, and to assist the company’s financial affairs to establish and improve the relevant operation and system norms
3、Cooperate with the company’s leading monthly settlement, account reconciliation, account clearing, annual final accounts and regular compliance inspection to ensure unified financial data and accurate and timely submission;
4、Tax planning, supervision and coordination of tax saving plan and local financial compliance. As the financial person in charge of the company, he shall be responsible for the audit reports of the dispatched enterprises, tax returns, banks and other compliance documents of the regulatory authorities
5、Cooperate with audit firms, cooperate with the inspection of tax and other government departments
6、Cope with trouble-shooting Ｏn operation and coordination and settlement of daily business, and report to the head office in time, so as to achieve risk early warning and prevention and control
Requirement:
1、Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years experience in financial or accounting field, candidate with working experience in financial industry or firm experience is preferred
2、Full civil capacity
3、English or Chinese is available as a working language, Chinese nationality or Chinese origin is preferred
4、Be familiar with Ukrainian local accounting standards, auditing, taxation, corporate financial management and other relevant laws and regulations for financial companies.
5、Accountant or certified public accountant qualification is preferred
6、Good communication and coordination ability and team awareness
